      (आपका जन्म 12 फ़रवरी, 1973 को बिलासपुर, छत्तीसगढ़ में हुआ। आपने एम.ए. एल.एल.बी. तक शिक्षा प्राप्त की है वर्तमान में वे Ph.D. कर रहे है। आप देश में चोटी के दलित लेखकों में शुमार किए जाते हैं और प्रगतिशील विचारक, कवि, कथाकार, समीक्षक, आलोचक एवं पत्रकार के रूप में जाने जाते हैं। आपकी रचनाएँ देश की लगभग सभी अग्रणी पत्र-पत्रिकाओं में प्रकाशित हो चुकी हैं। ‘सफ़ाई कामगार समुदाय’ एवं ‘आधुनिक भारत में पिछड़ा वर्ग’ आपकी चर्चित कृतियों में शामिल हैं। आपकी किताबें मराठी, पंजाबी एवं ओडिया सहित अन्य भारतीय भाषाओं में अनूदित हो चुकी हैं। आपकी पहचान मिमिक्री कलाकार एवं नाट्यकर्मी के रूप में भी है। आप कई पुरस्कारों एवं सम्मानों से सम्मानित किए जा चुके हैं।)
